HER Health Nurse is a health education organization that provides evidence-based sessions and publications.

HER Health Nurse Provides

Health education sessions for girls and young women. Sessions are available to schools, faith-based groups and youth organizations. Sessions can be held virtually or in person. In person sessions can be held in the Fund 17 community classroom or at a venue of choice provided by the group. Full payment is required at booking to secure the session.

2019 - HER Health Nurse Founded

HER Health Nurse was founded in the summer of 2019 after years of providing free health education sessions to local youth programs and schools including KIPP Renaissance and Delgado Community College Westbank Campus.

2020 - Awarded Grant from Tulane University

2020 - Created Community Partnership w/ Daughter of the King

2021 - Created Community Partnership w/ GeauxGirl! Teen Magazine

2021 - Distributed 100 “Back to School Hygiene Basics” Bags

2022 - Sponsored by Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc.

2022 - Created "Reproductive Life Planning” Online Course
